Tui Na massage
TUI NA is a traditional massage, relaxing
and stimulating at the same time, which releases muscle tension and regulates the circulation of energy throughout the body.
It is practiced on the person dressed in flexible clothing on a massage table. Each session is personalized according to your needs.
Moxibustion
MOXIBUSTION consists in slowly and gently burning a plant, sagebrush, specially prepared for this purpose.
It thus stimulates the acupuncture points by heat.
We distinguish Chinese moxibustion from Jjapanese moxibustion.
Chinese herbs
CHINESE HERBS are based on knowledge and experience of more than 2000 years old, and remarkably effective for many energy imbalances.
Herbs are used
in the form of decoctions,
pills, or powders.
Cupping
CUPS, made of glass,
bamboo or plastic, are applied to the acupuncture points or are mobilized along the energy meridians, very often on the back.
They stimulate
energy circulation
in the body.
Nutrition
NUTRITION is a therapeutic tool in its own right; it is both preventive and curative.
Each food has specific properties, the recommendations therefore vary from one person to another, even if the main basic principles allow to maintain everyone's health.
